Shipping policy

Fossekall Design ships your package as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 business days. If you’ve purchased a made-to-order product, we will wait to ship until everything is in stock. If you wish to change the delivery location, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange it.

However, during the period from December 12th to December 23rd, shipping times may increase.

As a customer, you are responsible for entering the correct name and address information on your order.

Uncollected Packages

For uncollected packages, Fossekall Design reserves the right to charge a 250 NOK return shipping and handling fee. The fee applies regardless of whether you want the order re-shipped.
