Return Policy

New and unused products can be returned within 14 days after you receive them.

If you notice a defect with the product you received, such as if the item is damaged during transport or if an item is missing, please contact us immediately after receiving the order. You can reach us at post@fossekalldesign.no.

Which items cannot be returned?

  • Any items that have been personalised for you or that have been made to your specification, such as where the products are tailor-made or you have requested that they contain a name or initials, cannot be returned, so please do check all personalisation and customisation carefully before you make a purchase.

• • Items which have been opened and/or used and as such are therefore not resealable.

Preparing your return

• • If a return for a product has been agreed, all items must be returned in the original packaging provided.

  • The item(s) should be returned unused, unworn and in perfect condition so that our small businesses are able to resell them. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original packaging might not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

About Fossekall

Fossekall Design began with a small, hand-knitted bear named Oskar – a little, loyal friend who sits in the living room and keeps an eye on everything. He got us thinking: Are there more little plushies out there longing for something new and personal? A soft scarf, a warm sweater, or a cozy hat...

All clothes are knitted using 100% merino wool and 100% cotton, sourced from local suppliers in Norway. This means that each piece is not only soft and durable, but also made with care for the environment.

On our photos, you’ll meet Oskar and his friends – the Maileg mouse family, bunnies from Jellycat – beloved plushies in many homes.
To show how the clothes look in real daylight and natural surroundings, Oskar and his friends join us on little adventures out in nature.

It turned out that tiny sweaters were also perfect as small gifts – for those who love things that are personal and a bit out of the ordinary.
And not least – they’re practical! They fit most keys, and a mini sweater on your keyring makes it easier to find the right one.
